| Ha'apiti is a small pleasant community on the south coast of Mo'orea. Some time in the past a landfill was created out into the lagoon. It was never further developed, and is now seriously eroded, but provides an excellent offshore vantage point from which to admire the soaring peaks of the interior of the island. |
