Morro Bay
California

Tourism is the main industry in Morro Bay, but it is also a busy fishing and crabbing port. The harbor channel is sheltered behind massive Morro Rock, the shallow bay extends several miles south and east.

Though the downtown is pleasant most tourist activity is concentrated along the Embarcadero - restaurants and shops, kayak rentals, whale watching and fishing excursions, plus the commercial fishing fleet.
