A Small Lake Used by Floatplanes
West of Telegraph Creek, British Columbia, Canada

 -

Small planes play a large role in this remote, largely roadless country. There are lots of lakes, and even rivers large enough to land on. Several of the big parks, such as Mount Edziza and Spatsizi Plateau, are so remote that it might takes days to get there on foot, so most people get a float plane to take them in. This small lake just outside of Telegraph Creek is home to a floatplane, available for charter.
